The first objective of this work is to validate RGB-D camera in order to analyse back movement limitations in AS patients. The second objective of this work is to present reference values of new variables extracted from the kinematics in AS patients with different severity. The third objective of this work is to analyse internal validity, reliability, and external responsiveness outcomes of RGB-D camera in subacute and CNSLBP patients through kinematic analysis of trunk flexion with functional tests. The fourth objective of this work is to compare differences in kinematic variables using an RGB-D camera in NSLBP patients and non-LBP patients.
