Nina Lefeber

Principle Investigator


Nina Lefeber (°1992) graduated in 2014 as Master in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy, and in 2015, as Master in Manual Therapy at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). In 2019, she obtained her PhD degree at the same institution with a doctoral thesis on "Exercise intensity of assisted walking after stroke: the impact of robotic assistance". Since November 2020, she is appointed as tenure track assistant professor (research) at the Department of Movement and Sport Sciences (BESW) of the Faculty of Physical Education and Physiotherapy (LK) of the VUB. Her research activities and interests are situated in the fields of movement analysis, and rehabilitation and sports technology.
