Biography
Astrid Lahousse holds a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physical Therapy, and an advanced master in Manual Therapy. She is a fulltime PhD researcher and in 2019 she was granted an FWO PhD Fellowship fundamental research (Fund for Scientific Research-Flanders). She is a member of the Pain in Motion International research group and the RERE Rehabilitation Research group. Her research topic focuses on the effect of pain neuroscience education and behavioural graded activity on chronic pain and health-related quality of life in breast cancer survivors.
